Your user ID has been checked and authenticated.
You're the only person who can enter this section with your TAN Card. Soon the identifiying-authentication will also be possible with “LuxTrust”.
After clicking the start button « démarches » you enter the administrative section of your commune. You also have access to your account, where you can check the status of requested documentation / certificates, financial status vis-à-vis the municipality, and where you can pay your bills to the Commune online.
Your Commune is available online
You are able to access Administrative documents and requests instantaneously, even outside your commune's working hours, at the weekend and public holidays.
Many of the procedures can be completed online from start to finish.
For some of the documentation, you will not be able to complete everything online. However, you can print out the required forms (some of which will be semi-completed) at home, fill in the necessary data and then take it to your Commune or send it in by post.

Four administrative catagories exist:
- My home
- My household
- CSA (Certificate Service)
- My Community life
And also a section for my applications, my bills ... found in "My Account" which gives you the option of paying online.
Getting started and what you can do online will vary from one commune to another. However, when filling in forms two methods are possible.
- Using your keyboard, you can fill in your information from begining to end
- Download a semi-completed form, print it out, and fill in the necessary details at home
The first method is indicated by a small rectangle with lines or rows, the second by a "U" on top of an arrow.
Examples:
In "Population", the process to obtain a "certificate of exemption for duty" is an administrative procedure that can be done entirely online.
However, in "Elections", "Register to vote by mail" the form is already filled out with your basic details; but you will need to print and complete it before you send it or drop it off at your Commune's Administrative centre.
